Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email PhilMNWI@gmail.com and ask us to stop. Consent is not a condition of selling to us, but we need a way to reach you with an offer.
How the form is delivered
Offer requests are emailed to PhilMNWI@gmail.com. The message passes through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, so they process it only to deliver that email. If the form cannot send, the page gives you a direct email link instead.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails long enough to make an offer, close, or answer a follow-up. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing PhilMNWI@gmail.com.
